Dropped by Genre Bar in Cubao X the launch of Gracenote’s EP. This was actually my first time to see the band, and I was impressed! The Paramore influence is clear, but unlike other bands, Gracenote is able to build on that foundation, incorporate their own musical style, and really pull off some enjoyable Filipino alternative/punk. I really enjoyed their set! :D

Also performing were Runmanila, who could be my favourite new band of this year’s AMP Roster, and Corsage, hailing all the way from Pampanga!
